Buzzer is a startup in Hong Kong offering on-demand personal IT concierge service for consumer market. I lead 2 members team of multidisciplinary designers to create the brand and visual system design based on consumer research insights. We collaborated with client's development team from India in the UX flow and UI design for both website and APP.

IT repair services is not new, but we created a buzz by establishing a effective brand strategy and refreshing design. Buzzer won an “Enterprising HK Brand Awards” in 2017 and was nominated for the
“Best website HK Award”
in service categories.
